MOSCOW, January 15 (Sputnik) â Serbia, which holds the 2015 Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) chairmanship, is ready to act in that capacity as a mediator in a Ukrainian crisis settlement, Serbian Foreign Minister said Thursday.
